From the North (traveling South on I-405)

  • Take 124th Street Exit - Exit #20
  • At stoplight take RIGHT onto NE 124th Street
  • Next stoplight, take RIGHT onto 116th Ave NE
  • Take a RIGHT onto NE 132nd Street and follow under I-405
  • Go straight through 2 lights
  • Just after the yellow crosswalk sign, take a RIGHT onto 121st Way NE

From the South (traveling North on I-405)

  • Take 124th Street/ Totem Lake Blvd.- Exit #20B
  • Take Totem Lake Mall Blvd Ramp
  • Go Straight through the stoplight onto 120th Ave NE
  • Turn RIGHT onto 130th Lane
  • Turn LEFT onto 121st Way NE
  • Turn LEFT into our parking lot of Evergreen Medical Plaza
